I find it hard to back up up in front of a large group of people that I dresst sock and speak because I stand for that in my mind they are judging me because they dont know me so its a little bend hard for me to speak in front of a large group. Maybe if I was speaking to a group of more or less 10 people about a topic that I really know then I wouldnt have a problem. Another weak ness I have would been when I am working wit! h someone or with someone for a while that I dont know I wont really be myself because I further know the person. On the other pop off if I was with a family member or a friend whom I know really well then I would be actually comfortable. But with someone I dont know then I wouldnt be as comfortable, merely as I came to know them my communication with that person would move around better.
